1. Introduction

Welcome to InboxHR (the “Service”). InboxHR is developed and operated by Muhammad Jibran, a registered Company in Karachi, Pakistan. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use InboxHR.

2. Definitions

  • “Service” means the InboxHR SaaS platform, including the chatbot, integrations, and related features.
  • “User” or “You” means the individual or entity using the Service.
  • “Company” refers to Muhammad Jibran, the legal operator of InboxHR.
  • “Subscription” means the paid plan a User purchases for continued access to the Service.

3. Use of Service

By using InboxHR, you agree that you:

  1. Will keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
  2. Are responsible for all activity under your account.
  3. Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Will not misuse the Service for unlawful purposes, spam, or unauthorized access attempts.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • The Service is offered on a subscription basis.
  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis (depending on your plan) through Paddle.com, our payment provider.
  • All payments are handled securely by Paddle, acting as our Merchant of Record.
  • Taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) may be applied depending on your location.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only provided in exceptional cases, such as accidental double billing or a confirmed technical error by our payment provider (Paddle.com).
  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.
  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

  • InboxHR and all related content (software, logos, trademarks, and materials) remain the property of Muhammad Jibran.
  • Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for business purposes only.

7. Data Privacy

  • InboxHR processes and stores user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We use secure hosting providers and industry best practices to protect user data.
  • By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • Muhammad Jibran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
  • Maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the User in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if a User violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
